I really hate GIMP. When I was making this, Gimp froze when this was almost done. I had to draw whole lugia over again >__< I'm glad that I did't have to draw background again.
However it was really fun to draw this ^__^

And I imagine your annoyance when you had to redo whole character again. Gah... Thankfully you didn't gave up and made this stunning picture! Great work!
